Trouble number 1

As I have said in the last post, I've been having to deal with things last month and basically starting to hate being at the company I am at. A lot of things still make me happy there but the number of things starting to breathe down my neck is greater.

Number of students = 20

Not really troubling as I have had more in the past but I guess it's just totally draining especially since the amount they paid us before isn't as much as the amount we get now.

Aside from this, I hate that I have to constantly look over my shoulder and totally watch my back as at anytime I might get terminated. This makes me want to leave even more.

I missed a class last month and this was due to a student being placed in my schedule without me being informed about it. In the company I work at we are told to refresh every 20 minutes. I have been employed here for about 2 and a half years having no problems what so ever. getting multiple recognition from students and managers in the main office but I can't believe I was called negligent for it happening.

I was on a 15 minute break knowing that I had no students. I hadn't had any new students for the past 5 months from the time the incident happened. I was very much pissed at the whole thing.

If they really don't want any of their teachers missing a class, why don't they do something about it. It only takes a mere 2 minutes to send a message on the instant messenger that offices usually have. A simple "YOU"VE GOT A CLASS DICK WAD! CHECK YOU'RE SCHEDULE." would have sufficed.

I can't see why this can't be done.
