What's the point!!!

I went to KFC at Times Las Pinas at around 3am. I did this as my mom wasn't feeling well and I wanted to get her a twister. However, I when I got there, no one was at the counter where I waited for 5 minutes. I know how nice of me to do that right? In my mind I wanted to walk out, but I stopped myself as I really wanted to get my mom's treat.

A manager came out and called the Crew counter guy. When he came out and saw me he made this irritated sound. Again, I did not react. I just smiled and ordered one twister. The guy asked the Kitchen people and they said I had to wait. When he got back to me, he said it would take 30 minutes for it.

I lost it. I felt like he just wanted to get rid of me. I got so pissed and walked out.



First of all, it;s your job to serve! No matter how late it was. You were being paid to do it.

Second I was trying to be so nice! I would have understood, if I was bitching right off the bat cause I waited 5 minutes not being attended to.



The cherry on top was the EFFIN 30 minutes for a twister!!!

From what I know, the reason for being open 24 hours is so that you could serve your products to customers who have cravings for them! This has no restriction on products... Okay maybe for icecream it would be applicable. This is a big company. KFC for crying out loud. What would Colonel Sanders say if he saw the way you allow your employees to treat your customers. Embarrassing behavior..



And of course the biggest question is WHAT'S THE POINT?!

What is the point of you being employed? What's the point of going to your restaurant and finding yourself discreetly being shooed away. What's the point of having you open 24 hours?

One final question: Why don't you just close?
